Q: Do I need to bring a mat or weights?
No. There is absolutely no equipment necessary!
Q: What do I wear?
You'll wear workout clothes and good running or cross training shoes.
Don't forget a light sweatshirt, a bottle of water, and a smile.
Q: Are all of your services for women only? Will there be a co-ed Boot Camp?
At Sweat Equals Love Fitness, our services are equally available to men, women, and everyone who needs guidance and motivation to get fit. If you and your friends, brothers, sons, or coworkers want to do a Boot Camp together, just let us know, and we'll sign your crew up.
Q: What if I miss a Boot Camp day?
Hey, we'll miss you! Your teammates need your energy. Hope to see you at the next workout, but we can't do make up days or refunds around missed days. If you'll be on vacation, try to pick a session from our schedule that doesn't conflict with that much-needed time off.
Q: I see lots of boot camp-style workouts around. What makes Sweat Equals Love Fitness different?
The variety of fitness programs and choices means that you can pick something that's perfect for who you are. That's good news, and that's what SELF is about. What we want is you happy and working out. We've created a non-judgemental, fun environment where we hope to bring together people of all races, sizes and body types. We're in Oakland, and we're ready to help you change your life.
Q: Can I sign up for Boot Camps or Personal Training packages as many times as I like?
Yes!! We'll welcome you back, over and over, with as many of your family members, partners or co-workers as you can drag out of the house. Repeat Boot Camp enrollees always pay the low, low rate of $150.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay online?
Not at all. PayPal has corrected that difficulty. Now you can pay online with or without a PayPal account. To mail a check, email us: twocents@sweatequalslove.com for US Mail info.
